2nd Marriage and Mental Health Conference

Mental Health Strong is proud to present its second virtual Marriage and Mental Health Conference to bring hope to couples facing mental health and/or addiction challenges.  Please use following the link to access the conference page: https://mentalhealthstrong.csavlivestream.com/

Who should attend:

  1. Any individual or couple impacted by mental health or addiction challenge(s) regardless of race, color, sex, ethnic origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, disability or relationship status (dating, engaged, married, separated or divorced).
  2. Mental health clinicians who want to help this community.
  3. Mental health or marriage organizations who want to partner with this community.


  1. Marriages with mental health and addiction challenges are an under-served community.
  2. There is a lack of couples’ resources for this unmet need.
  3. There is a growing mental health crisis in marriages especially due to the coronavirus pandemic.
  4. Divorces are more common in marriages with mental health and addiction challenges (80% more likely for severe mental health conditions).

What to expect:

  1. Each presentation will showcase solutions presented by an expert with “lived experience” as well as real life stories presented by individuals/couples impacted by mental health or addiction challenges.
  2. Recordings of the live event will be available to individuals who have purchased a ticket for the conference but are unable to attend the live event.
